REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Balincourt is focused on providing you with excellent quality, beautifully designed bags. We want you to be 100% happy with your Balincourt bag.
Should you wish to return your item for any reason it's no problem. You are welcome to contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order if you would like an exchange or refund via email at email@example.com
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be returned back to us within 30 days of purchase, in the original, unused condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging, with an original invoice as proof of purchase.
Balincourt will arrange for the collection of your parcel from your door, by booking a courier to collect it from Monday to Friday.
Pickups can be arranged for the next business day, and will take place between 8am to 5pm.
You will need to print your returns label and attach it to your parcel. Make sure it's ready as soon as we complete your booking, as sometimes the driver can turn up very quickly.
Once the driver collects your return, you will be sent a confirmation email to track your return.
Once we've received your return back at our head office, we’ll send you an email to confirm.
The same policy applies to all sale items.
Once a return for refund has been received, you will be refunded to your Credit Card, Afterpay or PayPal account within 3-5 days of the item being received by Balincourt. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Balincourt.
If you would like to exchange your item, the cost to ship the new or replacement item out to you, is the same as our regular shipping fees (free standard shipping within Australia)
If there is a difference in price between the item you purchased and the one you would like to exchange it for, we will simply credit or debit the original credit card used for the purchase, or request the amount from your PayPal account. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Balincourt will provide a full refund on all purchases, but unfortunately any shipping costs are not refundable. This applies to any shipping costs incurred on your original order, and in the case of an exchange, the cost of shipping the new item to you. In the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, shipping costs will be covered by Balincourt.
You are responsible for the handling of the return item. When returning your item all tags and packaging must be in original condition. If the item does not reach us safely we will be unable to complete the refund or exchange, therefore we recommend that you send all returns by the trackable and reliable courier service that we provide.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
We want you to receive your beautiful new bag in perfect condition, so we always pack it securely and with care. Should your item become damaged during delivery, we will replace it upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address.
If an item becomes lost or stolen in delivery, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion.
